When to call for repair.
- Washer not spinning or clothes staying wet
- Water not draining from the tub
- Washer not filling or starting
- Leaks during filling, washing or draining
- Error codes and interrupted cycles
- Excessive vibration or unusual noises
01
Tell us where the cycle stops
Does the washer fail before filling, stop during washing or leave water at the end? Those are different clues. A machine that will not drain may also refuse to spin, while a door or lid issue can stop a cycle from starting. We look at the sequence of events to identify the underlying problem.
02
Leaks and vibration need context
Mention whether the leak appears at the front, behind the machine or underneath it. For vibration, let us know whether it happens with every load or only certain cycles. Hoses, installation conditions, load movement and internal components may all need consideration during the visit.
03
Diagnosis before replacement parts
An error code is a starting point rather than a complete diagnosis. We check the appliance and explain what the symptoms indicate before quoting the repair. This helps avoid replacing a part simply because its name appears in a code description.
04
Prepare without taking the machine apart
Make a note of the brand, model and any displayed code. Leave room around the washer and tell us if it is stacked or difficult to access. You do not need to remove panels or disconnect internal wiring to request service.

Your questions, answered.
Can you help with an LG washer?
We repair most major brands and models, including washer problems like the LG machine described in Erica’s review. Share your model so we can discuss service for your unit.
Should I clear the error code first?
Write down or photograph the exact code before changing settings. Tell us which cycle was running and what the machine did.
Do wet clothes always mean a spin problem?
No. Poor draining and an interrupted cycle can also leave clothes wet. A professional diagnosis helps separate those causes.
