How much is the service call?
The appliance diagnostic service call is $95. It is waived when you approve and complete the repair.
What does the $95 service call include?
The trip to your home, diagnosis of the appliance and a complete repair quote. Installation projects are quoted separately.
When is the service-call fee waived?
When you approve and complete the quoted repair. If you choose not to repair, the $95 diagnostic fee remains payable.
Do you offer same-day service?
Same-day and next-day appointments may be available. Call to discuss the current schedule; a request is not a confirmed booking.
