When to call for repair.

- Ice maker not producing ice
- Water leaks inside or beneath the cabinet
- Temperature swings and constant running
- Unusual fan, clicking or rattling noises
01
Cooling problems can have different causes
Warm temperatures do not automatically mean the compressor has failed. Air circulation, temperature sensing, defrost operation and the controls all play a part in keeping the fresh-food and freezer compartments cold. Tell us whether one compartment or both are affected and when you first noticed the change. That information helps us focus the inspection.
02
Ice, frost and water deserve a closer look
Heavy frost can interrupt airflow. A leak can come from a drain, a water connection or another component. An ice maker that stops producing ice may have a supply or appliance-side problem. We inspect the symptoms together rather than treating every puddle or warm shelf as the same fault.
03
A repair decision you can understand
After checking the appliance, we explain the recommended work and provide a repair quote. If the repair is not a sensible option, you should know that before committing. Common parts carried on our vehicles can help reduce delays, while model-specific components may need to be ordered.
04
What to have ready for your visit
Send the brand, model number if accessible, any error message and a description of the temperature changes. Mention whether the appliance has a connected water line and whether the ice maker or dispenser is also affected. Keep a clear path to the refrigerator so the technician can inspect it.

Your questions, answered.
Can you look at a freezer that runs but is not freezing?
Yes. Running does not prove that the appliance is cooling correctly. We inspect the problem and explain the findings before recommending a repair.
Do you repair ice maker problems?
Yes. Describe whether it is making no ice, making less ice, leaking or having a dispenser issue when you contact us.
Will my refrigerator be repaired on the first visit?
Many repairs can be completed with commonly stocked parts. Completion depends on the diagnosis, model and part availability; a first-visit repair is not guaranteed.
