The technician assesses your appliance and explains what was found, the proposed work and its cost. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic service call remains payable. If repair does not make financial sense, we will tell you so you can make an informed decision.

Same-day and next-day service is offered when available. A prompt appointment does not guarantee the repair can be completed during that visit; the diagnosis and availability of model-specific parts determine the next step.
